Service/diagnostic fees are non-refundable once a technician has arrived on-site or work has begun.

2.2 Installation Deposits

Installation deposits cover equipment procurement and scheduling. Deposits are:

  • 100% refundable if canceled within 24 hours of scheduling

  • 20% refundable if equipment has been ordered

  • Non-refundable once installation begins

2.3 Equipment Returns

Installed HVAC equipment cannot be returned once used or activated because it becomes non-resalable.

2.4 Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with the service performed, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Warranty Policy

Air Square HVAC provides both manufacturer warranties and labor warranties to ensure long-term peace of mind.

3.1 Manufacturer Warranty

All new HVAC equipment includes the standard manufacturer warranty.
This covers:

  • Defective parts

  • Equipment failures caused by manufacturing issues

  • Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s terms.

3.2 Air Square Labor Warranty

We provide a 1-year labor warranty on new installations covering:

  • Installation-related defects

  • Workmanship issues

  • System performance problems caused by our installation

3.3 Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered:

  • Damage caused by improper use or neglect

  • Lack of maintenance or missing annual tune-ups

  • Electrical issues unrelated to HVAC

  • Customer-supplied equipment

  • Acts of nature (floods, storms, lightning)

  • Issues caused by third-party contractors

3.4 Warranty Eligibility

Systems must be:

  • Installed by Air Square HVAC

  • Properly maintained annually

  • Registered with the manufacturer if required

4. Financing Disclosure

Air Square HVAC partners with reputable third-party lenders, including Synchrony Home Design and GoodLeap, to offer convenient payment options.

4.1 Third-Party Relationship

Financing is offered through independent financing companies.
Air Square HVAC does not approve credit, set loan terms, or control lender decisions.

4.2 Credit Approval

All financing is subject to:

  • Credit check

  • Lender approval

  • Applicable interest rates and terms

  • Promotional conditions (e.g., 0% APR periods)

4.3 Monthly Payment Estimates

Any advertised “as low as $135/month” pricing is:

  • Based on approved financing plans

  • Dependent on creditworthiness

  • Subject to lender fees or dealer program costs

  • Not guaranteed for all applicants

4.4 Customer Responsibility

Customers entering financing agreements are responsible for:

  • Reviewing contract terms

  • Ensuring timely payments

  • Understanding deferred interest conditions

  • Contacting the lender for billing or repayment questions

 

4.5 Air Square HVAC Responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Provide accurate project costs to financing companies

  • Inform customers of available financing options

  • Submit required documentation promptly

We do not handle or access:

  • Customer financial records

  • Payment schedules

  • Loan balances
